Robert "Bob" Cobianchi, of Oklahoma City, went to be with our Lord on October 19, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose faith, humor, and kindness touched everyone who knew him.
Born in The City of Long Branch, New Jersey, on March 8, 1947, Bob lived a life rooted in faith, family, and service. He was known for his unwavering love for his family, strong work ethic, and ability to bring light and laughter to those around him.
His love for architecture began at the young age of eight, where he later pursued a degree in Architecture at the University of Oklahoma. His creativity, eye for design, and dedication to excellence shaped not only his career but also the many lives he touched through his work.
Bob's Catholic faith created a lifelong and unshakable bond with Jesus. His devotion guided his every step, and his love for God was evident in the way he treated others with compassion, patience, and grace.
Bob married Pat Cobianchi, and together they built a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and faith. He was a proud father and grandfather, always offering wisdom, support, and a listening ear.
He was admired for his strength and perseverance through life's challenges and will be remembered for his gentle heart, love for others, and deep devotion to God.
He is survived by his loving wife, Pat, his children Robert Cobianchi, Thomas Cobianchi, and Lindsay Cobianchi; stepson Jason Andes and stepdaughter Brandi Shumway and husband Jess Shumway; grandchildren Alex Jerry, Olivia DePace, Austin Shumway, Joshua Shumway, Alexis Aebi, Christian Cobianchi, and Elizabeth Cobianchi; and many family members and friends who will carry his memory forward.
