Robert Cooper Sr. age 90, of Hickory, passed on Wednesday, December 11,2024.
He was born July 11, 1934; a son of William and Helen Heathcoat Cooper Sr.
Mr. Cooper was a United States Veteran where he served in the Navy. He was a self employed Autobody Mechanic in Atlasburg, PA; where he retired in 1975. Bob enjoyed hunting, fishing, and raising pigeons that he used to race.
Surviving are six children, Richard Cooper, Robert Cooper Jr., Adele McKinley, Yvonne Cooper, Roberta Harmison, and Jack Cooper; a brother William Cooper; two sisters, Ada Ann Moyers and Jackie Lynn Cooper. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Deceased is a step-son Stephen DeValkeneer as well as a grandson and a great granddaughter; three brothers Charles, George, Richard and Gary Cooper, and a sister Shirley Hohnstein.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 from 4-6PM. at Graff-Nation Funeral and Cremation Service 220 E. Lincoln Ave. McDonald, PA. 15057. Funeral Service will be private.
