Robert J. Cotton, United States Army Veteran, 77, of Nicholson, passed away on June 18, 2024. He was the son of the late Herman and Minnie Cotton; also preceded by his wife, Sandra Tinnell Cotton; He was also preceded by his stepmother, Plonie Cotton; daughter, Lisa Cotton Shubert; son, Terry Cotton; sister, Amanda Webster; step-son, Kenneth Carle and stepdaughter, Sheryl Carle. Mr. Cotton worked for Winn Dixie for more than 30 years and retired from Publix. He served our country during the Vietnam Conflict in the U S Army.
Memorial Service is Sunday, June 23, 2024, 2:00 PM at Lord & Stephens, Danielsville Chapel with Rev. Glenn Guest and Rev. Mike Crowe officiating. A visitation will be Friday, 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Lord & Stephens, Danielsville Chapel. The inurnment will be in Colbert Cemetery.
Survivors include: daughter, Pamila (Travis)Pettyjohn; son, Patrick (Marie) Glenn; stepdaughter: Kris Carle; sister, Joanne Chambers; numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
