Robert Crawford Obituary
Robert (Bob) Crawford, age 83, passed away at Pebble Creek Healthcare Center on Monday, October 6,2025.
Born in Akron on December 30,1941 and graduated from Hoban High School in 1959. He loved golfing, chair caning with the Cuyahoga Falls Caners Group. He was a Northampton Township Trustee for 9 years. A member of the Teamsters Local 348 and employed by F.J. Albrecht for 25 years until his retirement in 1998.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years Diann Stephens-Crawford, his treasured children Jennifer Crawford-Suggett (Bill), Robert Crawford, Steve Stephens (Ann), Chris Stephens and Tabitha Stephens. His beloved grandchildren Alesia and Austin, Simon and Reese and Joyce (Jeff), Alex (Antjuan), Josh and Arica. As well as 8 great-grandchildren whom he cherished greatly.
The family would like to give many thanks to Pebble Creek. Your patience with him was above and beyond.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Summa Hospice (Summa health.org/hospice).
Per Bob’s wishes, there will be a celebration of his life Saturday, December 27. Time and place will be announced.
