Robert Lewis Davey, 72, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away December 6, 2024. Robert was born December 7, 1951, in Columbus, Ohio to Richard Davey and Marguerite E. (Worner) Davey.
He graduated from Central high school in Columbus. Robert in his spare time enjoyed the outdoors, activities that included fishing and being in nature. He also enjoyed the occasional game of bingo, as well as a love for billiards. He faithfully attended St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic Church.
Robert will be deeply missed by Linda Althouse, his companion of 13 years and his children Robert Lewis (Elizabeth) Davey, Venus Jean (Shawn) O’Neil, Christina Lynn (Christopher) Lemaster, many grandchildren and one great grandchildren. Brothers David Davey and sister Rosie Mae.
Robert was proceeded in death by his parents Robert and Marguerite Davey, brothers Carl, Chuck, Ricky Davey, and sister Margie Sheets, Linda Harris, and Nancy Davey.
There will be a Celebration of Robert’s life on December 21, 2024, at 11:00 at St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic Church, 807 Havens Corner Rd. Columbus, OH 43230 with Father Theodore Sill officiating.
