He was born on April 27, 1945, in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Robert Clay Dozier, Jr. and Betty Lee Hay.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Alice Dozier and son, Michael Lee Dozier.
He is survived by his daughter, Kim Dozier of Three Way; four grandchildren, Danielle Dozier, Zachary Steele, Kelsey Martin and Amber Steele; and five great grandchildren and one on the way.
