Robert was born on June 20, 1966 in Washington, PA. He was the son of the late Sandra Lee (Dolinar) and Pete Grubich.
Robert worked as a welder with Boyd's Roll Off. Many will remember Robert for his love of hunting, spending time with his grandson and his dog.
In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Donis "Tiny" (Dawson) Whiteman.
Robert is survived by his daughter, Madison "BJ" Lilley and her husband, Jesse of West Alexander, PA a grandson, Ayden Dummer-Smith, a step grandson, Jayke Lilley, a sister, Cris Miller and her husband, Tom, three nephews, Levi Miller and his wife, Alyssa Marie Miller, Jesse Trussell and his wife, Chrissy, and Jeremy Trussell, a niece, Shayla Miller and her fiancé, Emily Bunn, an aunt, Joyce Celli, great niece and nephew, Wyatt and Hannah and several friends.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, April 14, 2025 from 4:00-6:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home, Wellsburg, WV (304)527-1717.
