Robert N. Ellis, Jr.

Robert N. Ellis, Jr., passed away at his home on Monday, March 24, 2025, at the age of 39. Born on June 20, 1985, in Hackettstown, NJ, he was the son of Rob N. Ellis and the late Darlene L. (Schneider) Ellis. He grew up in Hellertown, PA, before making Milford, NJ, his home for the past two decades.

He was employed as a sealcoater with Randazzo Line Striping & Seal Coating based in Lambertville, NJ.

Throughout his life, he displayed a profound passion for outdoor activities, particularly fishing. He cherished moments spent at local fishing spots along the Delaware River and at Island Beach State Park. His love for the beach and the Jersey Shore became a cornerstone of many cherished family trips. In addition to his fondness for fishing, he found joy in boating and had a particular affinity for working on classic cars, especially Ford Mustangs.

Robert was a loving father to his three children: Kaitlyn, Trevor, and Izabella Ellis. Surviving Robert are his fiancé and partner of 20 years, Melissa Schwenderman; his father, Rob Ellis; his sister, Becky Metcalf; as well as numerous extended family members.

He was predeceased by his mother, the late Darlene L. (Schneider) Ellis, who passed away in 2021. Robert's absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him, and his legacy will remain in the hearts of his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will take place over the summer at the discretion of his family.
