Robert Allen Elston, 81, of Melvin, left this earth to meet our savior, Jesus, on January 2, 2026, with his wife at his bedside.

He farmed until 2 months before his death and often commented that others have hobbies and his was farming. Bob and Nancy spent many summers and fall camping with their children in Michigan. During winter they traveled to visit family and friends in Florida and Georgia.
Bob served in the Army National Guard. He collected farm tractors, milk bottles, clocks with dairy advertising, old wooden clocks, and enjoyed shopping in Antique shops and most of all he loved his family. Bob also was a private pilot
