Robert Farren Obituary
Born November 5, 1940 in Abington, he was the son of the late Florence (Hamilton) and Robert L. Farren, Jr.
Mr. Farren owned and operated AECO Philadelphia, a metal finishing business, where he worked as a mechanical engineer. He later worked with Flexible Circuits, Warminster, retiring at the age of 82.
Robert was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. Earlier in life, he enjoyed fishing, bowling, golfing, and running.
Survivors include his daughters, Julie Munden (Calvin) of Souderton, and Michelle Andrews (Julian) of Souderton; two granddaughters, Sage Munden and Reece Andrews; his siblings, Wayne Farren (Kathy) of Delran, NJ, and Linda Morrell (Mike) of Eagleville; and his brother-in-law, Brian Casey of Kansas City, KS.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Florence Casey.
Graveside services will be held privately in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown. Arrangements are by the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Mr. Farren's memory to the American Heart Association, 1617 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 700, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
