Robert H. Fredrick, 73, of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away on August 13, 2021.
Bob was born to Harold H. and Ann Veronica Fredrick in Chicago, Illinois.
His parents preceded him in death after fifty years of marriage.
Bob is survived by his wonderful wife, Laura Fredrick (Valdez) after being married for forty-nine years; his son, Peter John Fredrick (Bianca); daughters, Monica Fredrick (Matt) and Angela Savagejeau (Justin); and grandchildren, Morgan Maria, Asa Robert, and Alice Maria. He also leaves behind his sisters, Pat Alridge (Graham) and Ruth Ann Fasano (Jim) .
Robert served in the United States Army for a period of three years attaining the rank of E-5, and honorably discharged on August 17, 1970. He was assigned to a radar communications unit while stationed in Vietnam Province. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with Two Bronze Service Stars, and the United States Army Commendation Medal. He retired from Quest Communications after thirty-three years of dedicated service as a communication specialist.
Bob enjoyed all outdoor activities including target shooting, hunting, and visiting the casinos for fun with his wife, Laura.
Bob and Laura met each other while he was on assignment at Fort Carson and knew he had met the love of his life. They were married on December 4, 1971, forever.

Love and prayers to Laura and family. So sorry for your loss. My deepest condolences. I just recently found my cousin Robert through Ancestry.com. I am blessed to have know him even if for such a short time. Love from cousin Jeanette (Francis) Fox and family.
