Robert T. Fuller

Seekonk – Robert T. Fuller, 89, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday, May 26, 2022. He was the beloved husband of the late Marjorie R. (Drummond) Fuller. The couple had been married for fifty-five years.
Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late John R. and Alice (Kirkham) Fuller. Bob had resided in Seekonk since 1960. He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America, Narragansett Council and became an Eagle Scout in 1948. Bob proudly served in the United States Coast Guard and was a 1958 graduate of Bryant University.
In 1969, he established GM Industries, Inc., now Phoenix, Inc., Pine Street, Seekonk and in 1998 he established Seekonk Self Storage, Pine St., Seekonk. Bob served on the Executive Committee of the Narragansett Council, Boy Scouts of America, 1978 – 1985. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Leonard Valve Company, Cranston, RI, from 1990 until 2013.
Bob dedicated much of his time to many boards and committees in Seekonk, from 1964 – 2009, when he retired. Especially as Seekonk Water Commissioner from 1990 – 2009. Bob loved to sunbath on the beaches of St. Martin and Cape Cod.
He leaves his children, Robert C. Fuller and his wife, Mary Ellen, Steven J. Fuller and his companion, Teri Bailey and Deborah J. Scott and her husband, Steven; his grandsons, Nicholas Scott and his wife, Abbie, Matthew Fuller and his companion, Sabrina Cote, Jonathan Scott and his wife, Samantha, Michael Fuller and his wife, Colleen Garey, Nathaniel Fuller, Andrew Fuller, Luke Fuller and Patrick Fuller; daughter-in-law, Judy Fuller and a sister, Elizabeth Soderlund. He was the brother of the late John Fuller.
Visitation will begin on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 9 a.m. followed by Services at 10:30 a.m. in the Swan Point Cemetery Historic Chapel, 585 Blackstone Blvd., Providence. Interment will follow.
