Robert Clair Fulmer Jr. entered eternal rest on May 24, 2024 at the age of 81. Bob was born on May 2, 1943 to Robert C. Fulmer and Mary Hammond Fulmer being the oldest of nine children: Cathy, Jody, Beth, tom, John, Janet, Jim, and Lori. After graduating from Dominican College with a BA Degree, Bob entered the Army in 1967 where he reached the rank of 2nd Lieutenant serving his duty in Vietnam.
Bob entered the workforce as a salesman for Northern Electric Co. He subsequently worked in sales for Teledyne WaterPik, Vita Fresh, and Circuit City. In his spare time he bought, rehabbed and sold properties in the University City Area.
He will be remembered for playing bottle caps, coaching the St. Thomas women's softball team, his quick wit, sarcasm, and colorful language.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Mary (Weber), his 3 sons Rob, Jeff (Maria), Kurt (Kristie) Kruse and his grand daughters Mara and Rafaella along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Cathy and his son Kevin.
There will be a memorial service at the Missouri Veterans Home in Florissant at 10:00 followed by a 1:00 military service at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made in Bob's honor to the Missouri Veterans Home, or share a Busch and a Snickers with a friend.
