Born in Wilmington on April 29, 1979, Rob was a graduate of Wilmington High School and was employed as an HVAC Technician with E. J. DeSeta Company, Inc. He was an avid fan of wrestling, the U.F.C. and Star Wars. Rob also enjoyed family beach vacations, especially cruises with Atlantis in the Bahamas being his favorite destination. He was a devoted family man who took wonderful care of his wife and children.
Rob is survived by his wife, Kerri Ann (Seiz) Geary; his children, Gavin Robert and Julia Adelaide; his father, Robert Mark Geary; his sister, Kelsey Geary and nephew, Jordan Chaca; his paternal grandmother, Marna Walsh and husband, Ed.
He was predeceased by his mother, Diane L. (Dougherty) Geary; his maternal grandmother, Adelaide Dougherty.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Pike Creek on Wednesday, February 23 from 1:00-2:00PM, with funeral services immediately following.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Rob may be made to Helen F. Graham Cancer Center, c/o Christiana Care Office of Development, 4000 Nexus Drive, Suite W3-300, Wilmington, DE 19803 ([email protected]).
