Robert F. Hall, age 79 of Geneva, passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Rae-Ann Geneva Skilled Nursing. He was born January 6, 1946 in Rockwood, TN the son of Robert William and Evalina (Karraker) Hall.

Robert, known as "Frank" to family and "Bob" to friends, proudly served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and was stationed in Germany. He was kind man who never wanted to cause more work for others. He enjoyed motorcycles, bass fishing, music, racing, and appreciated photography. He worked as a mechanic on motorcycles and boats to help support one of his favorite hobbies of competitive bass fishing. He spent time volunteering to teach children the sport of fishing, and helped to clean up Lake Erie and other nature sites. He will be deeply missed for his easygoing spirit, generous laugh, and lifelong passion for all things fish-related.

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Hall (Anibal), and her mother, his former wife Mona; sister, Beverly Dugan (Bob); brothers, Roger Hall and Alan Karraker (Rose).
He was preceded in death by his parents.
