Robert Heimberger Obituary
Robert W. Heimberger, 83, of Lancaster, passed away on October 4, 2025 at the Pickering House in Lancaster.
Bob was born on July 20, 1942 to Dally & Mable Heimberger in Lancaster, Ohio.
He graduated from Bloom Carroll High School and served in the Marines. He enjoyed a long career in the HVAC industry. His favorite things to do in life were playing euchre; traveling; camping, boating, and waterskiing. He was a member of Fairfield Christian Church and Olivedale Senior Center.
He is survived by his wife, Betty “Missie” Heimberger; his daughter, Teresa (Mike) Sullivan and son, Steve (Jen) Heimberger; son-in-law, Bobby Gordon; sister, Judy Thompson and brother, Dick Heimberger; sisters-in-law, Shara Valentine and Nancy (Mike) Blair; grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Susie Gordon.
Caring cremation has already taken place. A memorial service will take place at 1:00PM on Saturday, October 11 at Fairfield Christian Church, 1965 N. Columbus St, Lancaster. Enter at Door B. Visitation will be held from noon until the start of the service.
Contributions can be made to the Pickering House or Fairfield Christian Church.
