Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory - Crystal LakeRobert F. Heinke, of Crystal Lake, passed away surrounded by his beloved family on Friday, September 5, 2025 at the age of 86 after courageously battling Parkison's for five years.
He was born February 15, 1939 in Chicago, the son of the late Walter and Elenore (née Stifter) Heinke. After serving in the military, he married the love of his life, Patricia, on October 24, 1964 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. He was a passionate golfer and worked many years in the business. Being an avid sports fan, he also took great pleasure in attending his grandchildren's games. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, whether at home or on one of their many vacations together.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Patricia; his children, Bob (Jessica) Heinke, Tammy (Greg) Bellizzi, and Lisa (Bob) Skwarek; his grandchildren, Zach, Scotty, Nick, Garrett, Rachel, Luke, and Ryan; his niece, Kim (Bill) Ceas; and sister-in-law, Gail.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Dick.
A memorial Mass for Bob will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (1023 McHenry Ave., Crystal Lake, IL), on Saturday, September 27th at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends starting at 10:15 a.m. prior to the service.
