Robert (Bob) Henrichs, 96 of Camdenton, MO passed away at his home December 25, 2024. He was born June 14th, 1928, in Beatrice Nebraska to Karl and Clara (Damrow) Henrichs. He graduated from Beatrice and served in the Navy from 1946-1948.
He married Hazel Kaufman in September 1949, they were married 57 years. Together they raised 3 daughters. After retiring from the post office, they moved to the Lake of the Ozarks for 17 years before moving back to Beatrice. Bob lost his wife in 2006 and moved back to the lake in 2009.
Bob met his wife Kay in 2010, and they were married in 2011. They spent almost 14 happy years together.
He loved spending time with his family, his horse, fishing, boating, also playing pool and card games. He played guitar and sang in a band for years. After retirement he enjoyed playing in jam sessions during the winter months spent in Texas.
Survivors include his wife, Kay; three daughters, Linda Latham and husband Steve, Barb Bramlage and husband Don and Cindy Othe and husband Mark. 10 grandchildren, 20 great- grandchildren and brother Lyle Henrichs.
He is preceded in death by his parents Karl and Clara Henrichs, his wife Hazel, brother Wayne Henrichs, sister Ruth West, grandson Nathan Kravic and great grandson Ian Waltke.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to the American Legion Post 624. 852 American Legion Rd, Sunrise Beach MO 65079.
Memorial service is January 2nd with viewing at 10am and service at 11am at St. Patricks Catholic Church in Laurie MO. Graveside interment will be January 10th in Beatrice Nebraska, with a celebration of life following at the American Legion.
