Robert Earl Huddleston, age 85 of Hendersonville passed away Tuesday, Dcember 10, 2024 at his home. He was born June 11, 1939 in Sumner County, TN to Monroe & Annie Clara Arterburn Huddleston. He worked as a carpenter for Gaines and Gaines until his retirement. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Faye Frye Huddleston; son, Robert "Bobby" Wilson Huddleston; 4 sisters, Marie, Jean, Lillie Mae & Bea; 3 brothers, Chester, Harold & Glenn. He is survived by 3 grandchildren, Brandon Huddleston, Portland, TN, Nicholas Huddleston, Gallatin, TN and Elizabeth Huddleston, Franklin, KY: 3 great-grandchildren, Madie Oden, Ellie Huddleston and Emily Huddleston. A funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 10am in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House with Pastor Alan Baggett officiating. Interment will follow in Luton's Chapel UMC Cemetery in Goodlettsville with military honors and with family serving as pallbearers.
