Robert Brice Husted

Robert Brice Husted, 68, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025, at the Gardens of West Shore in Camp Hill.

He was born Aug. 31, 1957, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Blair Griffith Husted and Louise Ritchey (Brice) Husted.

Robert was a graduate of Camp Hill High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University. He began his career at the Chamber of Commerce and later held positions in sales with Utz Brands and Goodwill Industries. Robert deeply loved his family and valued the relationships he maintained throughout his life.

He had a lifelong appreciation for music and enjoyed attending concerts whenever he could. He found joy in riding motorcycles and travel later in life. Robert faced challenges with addiction but worked hard to overcome them, ultimately changing his life and finding purpose and community through his recovery. He was proud of his sobriety and remained sober for many years.

Robert is survived by his siblings Ann L. Gormley of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; Susan Husted Carroll and her husband, David, of Massachusetts; and Blair Griffith Husted Jr. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews Ben Davidson, Jennifer Gormley, Jeffrey Gormley, Blair Carroll (Josh Lewis), and Brian Carroll, as well as great-nieces Marlowe Carroll and Shea Carroll.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, January 9, 2026, in the chapel at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2000 Chestnut St., Camp Hill, PA 17011. Burial will be private.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Pennsylvania Recovery Organizations Alliance (PRO-A), which supports recovery-based services across Pennsylvania.
