Robert Kempinski Obituary
Robert Wayne Kempinski, 68, passed away on October 14, 2023, at the Southeastern Veterans Center. Robert was born on March 28, 1955 in Brooklyn, NY, he was proceeded in death by his parents James and Loretta (Finnegan) Kempinski.
Robert proudly served in the United States Coard Guard and attended the University of Scranton, where he graduated with a business degree. His love for sports, particularly for teams such as the New York Yankees, Notre Dame Football, and St. John's Basketball, was a significant part of his life. He enjoyed history trivia, watching news programs and reading the NY Times.
He leaves behind his siblings, James, Glen, Greg, Kieth, and Dawn. He is preceded in death by his brother, Gary. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Online condolences can be made at www.sgsfuneralhome.com. All arrangements are being handled by the Shalkop, Grace & Strunk Funeral Home including a private burial at the Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
