Robert Henry Lasky

LASKY, Robert "Bob" H. Passed suddenly on January 26, 2023, at the age of 68. Beloved husband of the late Karen. The son of the late Henry and Katherine (Grassel) Lasky. Loving brother of Kathleen (the late Brian) Kozlowski. Dear brother-in-law of Cheryl (Martin) Ray, and Linda (Robert) Pillsworth. Treasured uncle of Aaron, Casondra, Brian Jr., Michelle, Joshua and Noah. He will be loved and remembered always by his family and many loving friends.
Bob loved to be around his friends, doing things and going places with his friends was a top priority, Bob liked high tech gadgets, video games and telling Alexa to turn on / off the lights. Bob loved having friends over and genuinely enjoyed entertaining, making people feel welcomed and at home.
Bob's love for cars and motorcycles was always evident. Whether it was with his multiple hats or any of his shirts and jackets - he always displayed the Ford or Harley Davidson logo proudly every day.
Bob loved meeting people as one could see from the over 500 friends he had on social media. He loved the game of golf, but he loved all his friends more and would never miss a chance to play a round or two with them. If you ever wanted a lesson, he was there in a second to show you what not to do. The number of stories and laughs were only surpassed by the number of friends Bob has. Bob was a brother and friend to them all.
Bob was always there when you needed someone to talk to. He always had encouraging words or would tell you a story that would go on forever. Bob always answered your call no matter what time it was, even if it was to talk about nothing for hours, Bob was there to join the conversation. He had a way of being the silliest one in a conversation. The laughs he shared, the love and friendship he gave will truly be missed.
A Celebration of his life will be held February 25, 2023 from 1:00-4:00 pm at the Vintage House 31816 Utica Rd, Fraser, MI 48026.
