Robert “Bob” Long, 74, passed away on February 26th, 2026.
Bob was born on October 2nd, 1951. He attended Ritenour Senior High School. He spent many years working before retiring in 2013.
Bob enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved watching the St. Louis Cardinals, listening to music in his garage, and relaxing with funny movies while sharing laughs with whoever he was with. He was known for firing up the grill to barbecue pork steaks and took great pride in keeping his lawn looking its best.
Bob is survived by his seven children: Jeff (Leanne) Long, Scott Long, Corey Long, Natalie (Paul) Sanders, Meghanne (Kenton) Frere, Bobby Long, and Heather Smith.
He is also survived by his six grandchildren: Justin, Karson, Macy, Noelle, Harper, and Gabby and four great-grandchildren: Sailor, Harlow, Jameson, and Jaice.
Bob is further survived by his siblings: Clair (Dusty) Herman, Don (Jackie) Long, and Bill Long.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Long and Shirley Long.
A private viewing will be held for the family.
