Interment will be in the Oakwood University Memorial Gardens, 1 HL Cleveland Way Huntsville, AL 35806.
Mr. Mann will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held at 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Thursday, November 20, 2025 and from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m., Friday, November 21, 2025 at the Royal Funeral Home.
