He leaves behind his sons, David (Lindsay) McCane, Darren (Emily) McCane, Derek McCane, and Daryl (Bianca) McCane, and daughters, Jessica Dupont and Crystal McCane. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren, Dylan, Austin, Traeger, Mason, Carter, Reece, Dax, Ava and Stella. He left behind his siblings, Sheila Obando, Debbie Hill, Jim McCane, Cheryl Perkins, Beverly Barbee, and Susan McNew.
He was preceded in death by his father Robert McCane Sr. and mother, Otherine Adams.
Robert was a devout Christian whose strong faith served as the foundation of his life. With a love for the outdoors, he enjoyed time spent fishing. Most of all, Robert loved his family.
The family invites you to honor Robert's memory during a visitation at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home on Thursday, December 19, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 20, 2024. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Serving as pallbearers will be David McCane, Darren McCane, Derek McCane, Daryl McCane, Dylan McCane, and Jim McCane. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home & Crematory.
