It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert G. Morales, fondly known as Bob, on October 10, 2025, in Glenwood Landing, NY, at the age of 79. Bob was born on November 22, 1945, in Bogota, Colombia, and from his early years, he brought joy and warmth to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Bob was a devout Catholic who attended St. Boniface Martyr Church, drawing strength from his faith throughout his life. He pursued a successful career in accounting, most recently with the American Management Association in New York City.
An avid lover of French Bulldogs, Bob delighted in the companionship of his four furry friends—Louis, Austin, Pierre, and Pablo. His passion for life extended to soccer, a sport he enjoyed playing in his youth and watching on screen with friends and family.
Bob embraced the opportunities to travel the world with Annie, creating memories that will be cherished forever. His warmth for life has left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who were lucky enough to call him a friend.
A devoted family man, Bob's life was characterized by his deep love for his wife and the entirely of his beautiful family. Bob is survived by his loving wife, Annie, and their cherished children: Lauren Buscemi, Jennifer Gatta, Courtney (Alan) Howard, Matthew Gatta, Kevin (Kathy) Morales, and Damian (Dustin) Turner. He leaves behind a beautiful legacy in his grandchildren: Logan Howard, Thomas (Brianna) Burke, Hunter Howard, Olivia Burke, Emma Burke, Jameson Howard, Christopher Buscemi, Tyler Buscemi and Adrianna Stucchio. Bob is also survived by his brother, Harry (Karin) Morales. He is predeceased by his parents, Robin & Mariela Morales. Bob's spirit shone brightly, and anyone who knew him would attest that his kindness and generosity knew no bounds.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 18 at 11:00 AM at St. Boniface Martyr Church in Sea Cliff. We encourage all who knew and loved him to join us as we remember his incredible spirit and the love he shared with everyone. Bob Morales will be deeply missed, yet his legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire us all.
