Robert “Tally” Moretto passed away at the age of 76, on December 13th, 2024. He is preceded in death by his parents John and Anna Moretto, sisters Laura Shrader, Virginia Serge, and brothers, Jessie Moretto, Joe Moretto, and Monte Moretto.
Robert is survived by his wife of 57 years Judy Moretto of Montcalm. His daughter Karen Kurtz and Billy of Stamford, CT, His son John Moretto and Angie of Bluefield, WV. His Brother Tony Moretto and Judy and his 3 granddaughters Ashley Moretto, Carly Moretto, and Kylee Kurtz and his two step granddaughters Taylor and Morgan Kurtz.
Robert was born December 9, 1948 in Bluefield, WV. He attended Montcalm High School and graduated in 1968. He worked hard for his family as an auto mechanic. He opened his own garage and car lot in Bluewell where he served the area for over 30 years.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shies Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Pastor Joe Hubbard officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where Junior Shrader, Gregory Spaulding, Justin Warf, John Moretto, Roger Perkins will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 10:00-11:00 at the funeral home.
