Robert Wayne Moss, White House, TN
Robert Wayne Moss, age 52, of White House, TN passed away on August 3, 2022. Robert was born to the late Billy Joe Moss and Peggy June Moss. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Angela Kaye Moss, and his grandfathers, Raymond C Martin and Thomas E Moss and grandmother, Bertie L Moss. Survived by his beloved Memaw, Florine Martin Vetetoe, brother, Billy Ray Moss (Tonya); sister, Amy Moss; daughters, Candace Lynn Craven, Cassie June Moss (Drew), and Karly Jo Moss; step-son, Christopher Dickey; step-daughters, Lacey N Medley and Kayla Dickey (Evan); grandchildren, Camden Craven and Adelynn Craven; nephews, Mason Ray Hannah and Jacob Hicks; many other nieces and nephews by blended families and friends who knew him as "Uncle Robby"; and his love of the past few years, Rhonda Kay.
Robert was a graduate of White House High School where he met many of his lifelong friends. He later graduated from Moore Technical College in Memphis, TN was a certified welder. He loved his job and was a beloved employee of Kiser Flooring, Memphis, TN until he returned to the White House area. He was an avid sports car lover, builder and trader of big block Chevy engines and all things related to car parts, race car lover, car collector, antique collector, and anything free that he "found on the side of the road".
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2022 from 2:00 – 8:00pm and Friday, August 12, 2022 from 10:30 – 12:30pm at West Harpeth Funeral Home, 6962 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209 with memorial service immediately following at 12:30pm. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memorial Gardens, 9090 Highway 100, Nashville, TN 37221 at 2:00pm. Pallbearers will be: Billy Brake, Cody Brake, Tyler Brake, Dalton Brake, Buster Broadrick, and Donald Ellis.
