Robert Lee Nafzger

Robert Lee Nafzger 62 of Pleasantville passed away February 17, 2024 at the Pickering House surrounded by family and many friends. After an extended illness. He was born to Thomas R and Patricia A (Jackson) Nafzger on June 7th, 1961.
Bob owned and operated Estate Lawncare Inc. for over 40 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge 475 Baltimore, OH and a Social Member of the Liberty Union VFW Post 3761 for over 40 years. Bob enjoyed playing slots, camping, truck pulling, golfing and spending time with his family and friends. Especially his grandkids his pride and joy.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Jerri, daughters Stacy (Eric) Smith, Samantha (Chris) Sanders. Grandchildren Haylen and Holden Smith and Ricky Sanders. Mother Patricia Nafzger, sister Jodi (Gene) Neal, sister in law Mollie (Richard) Corns, brother in law Hod (Peggy) Brennan and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by countless special friends.
He is preceded in death by his Father, Thomas, and in-laws Frank and Evelyn Householder, son Robert "Lee" Nafzger II, siblings Rich, Cindy, and Dan.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the following, Dr. Alley, Kidney Specialists Inc, Hocking Hills Dialysis Center, Best EMS, FHP Pulmonary, and Fairfield Medical Center ICU/PCU Staff, FHP Cardiology, Trent Glaze and family, Gib Smith, David Price, Nicole Demastry Kolikohn and the Pickering House staff.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024 at 1PM at the HALTEMAN-FETT & DYER FUNERAL HOME. Burial is to follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3PM-8PM, as well as ONE HOUR PRIOR to the services on Friday.
