Robert "Bob" Osborn, 79, of Vincennes, Indiana went to be with his Heavenly Father on October 3, 2025. He was born in Washington, Indiana on August 7, 1946, to the late Carl and Mildred (Brothers) Osborn. Bob graduated from Washington Catholic High School in 1964 and continued his education into college. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Bob was a member of the Apostolic Lighthouse Church in Monroe City.

When he wasn't mowing, he often enjoyed walking the dog, cooking his famous enchiladas, watching basketball, drumming and singing, and being a jokester. Bob never met a stranger and loved his practical jokes. He will be deeply missed by all who have had the pleasure of knowing him.
He is preceded in death by his parents Carl and Mildred Osborn; wife Teresa Osborn; son Shaun Osborn; sister Mary (John) Perkins; and brother-in-law Earl Halter.
