Robert A. Palumbo

On September 13, 2024, Bob, age 86, passed away peacefully at his daughter's home. Born in Blackwood, Bob graduated with his bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's University and his master's degree from Villanova University. After his honorable discharge from the US Air Force, Bob worked as a contracts manager for UNISYS in Blue Bell, PA until retirement.
Bob was predeceased by his beloved wife of 59 years, Patricia (nee Madden) and his son, Robert John Palumbo. He is lovingly survived by his children, Angela M. Anderson, Anthony G. (Theresa) Palumbo and Julia A. (Michael) Greshak; his grandchildren, Toni Marie Anderson, Maeghan Anderson, Victoria Palumbo, Nicholas Palumbo, Alexandra Palumbo, Elizabeth Palumbo, Taylor Greshak and Alyssa Greshak; his great grandchildren, Harper Meredith, Liam Meredith and Ryan Palumbo, as well as his brother, Bud Palumbo. Bob's family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Holy Redeemer Home Care and Hospice for the wonderful care they provided to both Bob and his late wife, Pat.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday morning from 8:15 - 10:15 AM at the Healey Funeral Home, 9 White Horse Pike, Haddon Heights. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, 11:00 AM at St. John's Catholic Church, 809 Park Boulevard, Collingswood. Interment following at New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
