Rev. Robert Vincent "Bobby" Robinson

Williamsport, MD – Rev. Robert Vincent "Bobby" Robinson, 82, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, MD.
He was born on October 24, 1943, in Mercersburg, PA to the late Lester William and Olive Virginia (Blair) Robinson.
Rev. Robinson was a lifetime member of Calvary Temple in Williamsport, MD where he pastored for 22 years. He was the former director of CTTP, Inc. in the Philippines. For 12 years he did missionary service in the Philippines with his wife and daughter. He also ministered at various churches in multiple states.
Bobby was the owner and operator of the Railroad Junction for many years.
He was an avid fan of Nascar racing and the New York Yankees.
Bobby is survived by his wife, Rita Dolores (Lightner) Robinson whom he married on October 26, 1962; sisters Margaret Myers and Dreatha Henderson; brothers Dallas Robinson, Albert Robinson, and Roy Robinson; granddaughters Renee Moore and Kayla Snyder (Paul); great grandchildren Caleb Moore, Rebecca Snyder, Robert Snyder, Nathan Myers, and Madison Myers; numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter Brenda Kay Bingaman; sisters Shirley Williams and Mary E. Lady; brothers Truman Robinson and Donald Robinson.
The family will receive friends at Calvary Temple Williamsport, MD on Sunday, November 16, 2025, from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and 7:00 – 9:00 pm. The church will be open after 1:00 pm on Sunday for the convenience of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at Calvary Temple 147 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 11:00 am with Pastor Todd Lady and Pastor Clint Taylor officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park Williamsport, MD.
