Robert Rocchio Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Bellows Funerals & Cremations on Feb. 27, 2024.
Lincoln - Robert M. Rocchio, 48, of Lincoln, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence after a brief illness. He was the loving husband of Christine Bird Rocchio for 19 happy years.
Born in Providence, Rob was the son of Cosimo Rocchio and the late Anna Maria (Proia) Rocchio. He spent the past eight years in Lincoln, previously residing in North Providence. He was a graduate of Providence College, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration.
Rob's true passions were cooking, football and spending time with his family and friends. He was a dedicated New England Patriots Fan. He was a person who loved to entertain and found happiness in having people around him laughing and making memories. Rob's kind heart and thoughtfulness towards others was above all his best qualities. His son Jonathan always looked forward to his daily morning talks over breakfast and Mason loved all of his stories he used to tell about his childhood memories. Rob's true happiness was found in the company of his wife and two sons, Mason and Jonathan. They brought endless joy to his life.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Mason R. Rocchio and Jonathan W. Rocchio, his father Cosimo Rocchio, his two sisters, Diane Reardon and Debra Rocchio and his loving nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 10:00 am at Saint Jude Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln. Burial will follow in Saint Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Family and friends are cordially invited to attend. Visiting hours have been respectfully omitted.

Dear Christine and the boys,

In our many conversations he always shared how much he enjoyed spending time together as a family. I'll never forget the long conversations around the Patriots or whatever game was on the previous night. My sincerest condolences for your loss.
