Robert L. Schutt

Robert L. "Bob" Schutt, age 93, died May 30, 2024 in Medina Memorial Hospital. He was born April 28, 1931 in Brockport to Frederick and Anna (Minard) Schutt and had lived in this area all of his life.
Bob worked for over 40 years as a supervisor for the FMC Company in Middleport and was one of the founding members of the Crusaders Motorcycle Club. Bob enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, riding motorcycles and animals. He especially loved smaller breed dogs and had rescued many of them to give them a loving home and a fur-ever family. Mr. Schutt was predeceased by his wife Beverly, his brother: Edward Schutt, 2 sisters: Mildred and Betsy Shutt and a grandson: Scott Schutt.
He is survived by his sons: Edward (Suzanne) Schutt of Albion, Louis Schutt of Medina, his granddaughters: Amanda (Justin) Dixon, Amy Schutt, 5 great grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews and a sister-in-law: Kay Hare of FL.
There will be no prior calling hours. Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Bob's life at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home, 21 West Avenue-Albion, (please note the date,) SATURDAY JUNE 15th beginning at 11 am. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: P.A.W.S., 3371 Gaines Basin Road, Albion, NY, 14411.
