Robert W. Sheppard, 54, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away unexpectedly on September 10, 2023. Rob was born on August 25, 1969 in Milton, Florida, son of Pete and Margaret Sheppard. He was a graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School, class of 1987. Rob was employed at Summit Racing for 17 years, and outside of work, he enjoyed playing guitar, listening to Classic Rock, learning about and creating projects to keep busy, spending time with his family and his Labs, "Porter" and "Buoy."
Rob was a deeply loyal and loving son, brother, uncle, husband and friend who was always generous with his time. His intelligence, kindness and especially his sharp wit will be cherished by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Rob will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 20 years, Micki (Bosecker) Sheppard; parents, Pete and Margaret Sheppard; siblings, Dave (Anna) Sheppard and Mindy (Matt) Thompson; nieces and nephews, Wyatt Sheppard, Aiden, Alexa and Emersyn Thompson, Winnie and Emily Bosecker, Crystal Hedgesen; mother-in-law, Bettie Bosecker; brother-in-law, Andy (Heather) Bosecker, and many extended family members and friends.
Guests are welcome for visitation from 4-7pm on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Rob's memory to any animal rescue organization of your choice.
