Robert Wayne Slemp

Robert Wayne Slemp, 76, passed away Tuesday October 21, 2025. "Robbo" was the 2nd of 5 children of the late Homer and Helen Slemp. Beloved father of the late Christopher Slemp brother of Alice Slemp Thompson, Bill, the late Thomas L. and the late Wes B. With his wonderful sense of humor he was quick to share a "beverage" and a story with you. He was responsible for his dad's nickname of Home Run while they watched an O's game in a local bar and Frank Robinson hit a "homer". Robbo looked at his dad and said, he just hit a you, a Homer a Home Run, and it stuck like glue. He loved living at the beach with his loving partner Carole Small, which he called his heaven. He also loved to take their annual trips to Key West that was the highlight of his year. He will be missed by his sister Alice Slemp Thompson, his brother Bill and his beloved partner Carole Small and his nephews niece and friends.
