Robert Spitalieri, a resident of Briarcliff Manor, passed away on April 22, 2024. He was 62.
Robert was born on July 14, 1961, in the Bronx to Mary Lou (Storch) and the late Vito Spitalieri. He was the owner of Frank & Joe’s Deli in Pleasantville, where he was a member of the Chamber of Commerce and had been awarded as their Businessperson of the Year. He had a highly respected business relationship with the Village of Pleasantville and the surrounding communities and was a very active member in the Pace University community.
Robert is survived by his sons, Michael Spitalieri and Joseph Spitalieri; his sister Gina Fischetti; and his former wife Lisa Spitalieri.
Visiting will be Sunday from 2-6pm at Ballard-Durand Funeral & Cremation Services of Hawthorne, 21 West Stevens Avenue, Hawthorne. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday at 11am at St. Theresa’s Church, 1394 Pleasantville Road, Briarcliff Manor. Interment will be private.
