Eaton – Robert R. Tracy Jr. "Bobby", 60, passed away on his mothers' birthday, Saturday, April 9, 2022.
He was born in Muncie, three months prematurely on March 16, 1962, the son of Robert "Bob" Tracy Sr. and Susie Jean (Thomas) Tracy.
Bobby worked in construction for several years and the later served as groundskeeper at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
Growing up, he loved to spend time at his family lake cottage, where he enjoyed swimming, boating and water skiing. He also enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his loving wife of over thirty-three years, Denise D. Tracy (Carver); Denise's children that he helped raise, James "Jim" White of Eaton and Jamie White of Topeka, Kansas; other survivors include, his ex-son-in-law, Shawn Dalton of Georgia; grandchildren, Nicholas "Nick" White of Eaton, Natasha White of Hartford City and Alexis Dalton; great-grandson, Marcus White of Hartford City and two great-granddaughters; Areah Foster and Levy Huggins; two sisters, Pam Cruea (David) of North Webster and Marsha Faust (Gary) of Albany, Indiana; nieces and nephews, Shelby Faust (Mark Concannon), Nathan Cruea (Heather Clark), Meagan Howard (Don), Michelle Bailey (Kevin),Debbie and Steph, Gary Tungate of Eaton, Autumn Bolles (Doug) of Ohio, Victor Benson (Alicia) of Portage, William Benson of Eaton and Waylen Wormer (Lindsey); two sisters-in-law, Cindy Guillion (Richard Kelly) of Mooresville and Kathy Cook (Fred Wright); a brother-in-law, Gary Carver (JoAnn); also surviving are several great nieces and nephews, along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister-in-law, Connie Shaneyfelt.
Cremation will take place and The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Burial will take place at Gardens of Memory at a later date.
