Robert F. "Bob" Wilt

Robert F. "Bob" Wilt, 93, of L. Macungie Twp., passed Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest. He and his wife, Denise E. (McFadden) Wilt, celebrated their 69th wedding anniversary in October. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Effie (Wagner) and Frank Wilt and was a 1950 graduate of Allentown High School. He retired from PPL in 1993 after 23 years as an electrical draftsman. Prior to that, Bob was employed by Lehigh Portland Cement Co. in their Ormrod laboratory for 15 years. He was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels, was a member of PPL Retirees, M.O.R.A. Club, Lower Macungie Seniors, and AARP Chapter 4150, and was a life member of LV Active Life. He greatly enjoyed the comforts of home and family in his retirement.

Survivors: wife; daughter, Sandra Wilt Kresge (Richard), Nazareth; son, James Wilt (Cindy), Hickory NC; granddaughters, Pam Kresge, Paige Kresge German (Hugo), Erica Wilt Davidson (Tom); great grandsons, Owen, Dean, Kyle, Grant. Bob was predeceased by brother, Thomas.
