Robert Wolbert Obituary
He was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania on January 21, 1937, to Joseph Wolbert and Stella (Kunda) Wolbert. Robert grew up in Philadelphia with his brother Joe and graduated from Mastbaum High School. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy, where he served from June 1954 to September 1956. From there he transferred into the U.S. Army from 1956 until being honorably discharged in 1959.
Robert is survived by his devoted wife of 36 years, Patricia (Bailey) Wolbert, his daughter Linda (Wolbert) dos Santos and husband Antonio dos Santos, his daughter Sandy (Wolbert) Shukaitis and husband Andrew Shukaitis, his son Robert Wolbert and wife Tina Wolbert, step- daughter Pamela (Bailey) Rogers and husband Dave Rogers.
Poppy (Robert) is also survived by his grandchildren, Antonio, Matthew, Grace, Mark, Kyle, Lacey, Virginia, Sara, Michael, Layne, Lia and his 8 great-grandchildren.
Robert's greatest joys were fishing, hunting, nights filled with music and dancing at the German Club with family and friends, Christmas time, The Grinch, his berry bushes, and most of all he loved and cherished his time, memories and laughter with his family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Sunday May 26, 2024, at the Masonic Village at Burlington 902 Jacksonville Rd, Burlington NJ, 08016.
