Robert Lee Woods Jr., 67, passed away suddenly on December 23, 2024. He was born June 10, 1957 in Lima, Ohio, the son of Robert Woods Sr. and Bessie Jean Woods. He attended Perry High School were he played football. Robert enjoyed school and the school has a life size picture of him on their wall. Robert later moved to Reading, Pennsylvania and then to Akron, Ohio. He married Lena (Hale) Woods. Robert has two daughters Khuleedah Lockhart-Woods and Diamon Woods; one granddaughter Robyn Hester; five brothers Gene Woods (deceased), Richard Woods, Roydale Woods, Anthony Woods, and Illya Armstead; three sisters Roberta Turner, Wava (Tim) Jackson, Vivian (Eddie) Kelly and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. May he rest in peace. The family would like to thank everyone for the words of encouragement, condolences, and expressions of sympathy.
