Robyn Marie Pittillo

Robyn Marie Hodge Pittillo, age 61, of Shelby, passed away January 27, 2025, at Atrium Health Cleveland. Robyn was born December 6, 1963, in Alleghany County, to the late Viola Marie Sturgill Burns.

 

Robyn loved to tinker. She could often be found in her bedroom, surrounded by old watches and jewelry, fixing and fiddling with the pieces. Robyn adored elephants and had numerous elephant statues and decorations. Her greatest love was for animals. Robyn cherished all animals, including her cats, who were part of her family. 

 

In addition to her mother, Robyn was preceded in death by her stepfather, Charles Burns; brother, David Lee Hodge; brothers-in-law, Mike Pittillo, and Sam Pittillo; in-laws, D.H. and Jean Lee Clay; and beloved cats, Ziggy and Zoey.

 

Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Steven Pittillo; son, Chuck Daniel Pittillo (Angela); brother, Jerry Hodge; sisters, Peggy Gales (Jake), and Donna Wilson; grandchildren, Steven Daniel Pittillo, Alexandria White, Daniel Pittillo, Christian Fullbright, Chuck Daniel Pittillo, Jr., Ezabel Pittillo, and Jaxxon Pittillo; great grandchildren, Jack Daniel Durbin, Hennessy White, and Addyson White; and her cats, Sherman and Willow.

 

In accordance with Robyn’s wishes, no formal services are scheduled.
