Rodney K. Reed, Sr., age 61, passed away on May 6, 2025. Born on March 30, 1964, in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was the beloved son of Clarence, Sr. and Joe Ann (née Brown) Reed.

Rodney was the devoted husband of Christine Warren and a proud father to Rodney Reed, Jr. and Tangela Reed. He was a loving grandfather to Nyla Blu Reed and Landyn James Reed. He is also survived by his siblings Clarence, Jr., Joan Collier, Jonathan Reed, Eric Reed, Eliza Taylor, and Dwight Reed, and was preceded in death by his sister Frances Graham. He was a treasured uncle to many nieces and nephews who adored him.

Rodney had a deep love for jazz music, Western shows, Cadillac cars, and building model cars. Known for his joyful spirit, he delighted in cooking, laughing, and playing with his children, grandchildren, and extended family. He brought warmth, humor, and energy into every room and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Family and friends are welcome on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 11 a.m. until time of Homegoing Service at 12 p.m., at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, OH 44111.
