Roger Bulkow passed away on July 4, 2025. Born February 16, 1939 in Sheboygan, WI, Roger had 3 brothers and 2 sisters. While serving in the U.S. Air Force, he met the love of his life, Anneliese. After the Air Force, Roger graduated from the University of Wisconsin and became a weather forecaster for the National Weather Service. The growing family lived many places in Minnesota, Wyoming, Ohio, West Virginia, and especially Alaska. After he retired in 1994, Roger and Anneliese eventually settled in Sublimity, OR. Roger and Anneliese had 8 children: Elizabeth, George, Monica, Patricia, Carol, Susan, John (their favorite), and Maria, which led to another 82 people who can call Roger dad, grandpa, great-grandpa, or great-great-grandpa. Roger loved the Green Bay Packers, hunting, fishing, family, and trying to make those around him laugh. He is preceded in death by 2 brothers, both sisters, and his dear Anneliese.
