As a neighbor of Rogers we will miss seeing him with his little dog going by our window everyday. He was a joy to know. We used to joke as every time I would go to my van he and his dog were walking in front of it. I told him we had to stop meeting like this as people would talk. He laughed and said guess they might. That was the last day I saw and talked to him. May he "Soar like an Eagle fly like a Dove as he watches over the ones that he loves. " May he find peace as he reunites with his wife. Rest In Peace Roger you were a wonderful man.
