He is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Helen M. Hoffman (Miller); sons, Michael (Kathy) Hoffman of Justin, TX and William Hoffman of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren, Anne (Josh) Light, Richard (Ashley) Hoffman, Monica (Chris) Irwin, Matthew (Elaneline) Leisher, Patrick Hoffman and Jared Hoffman; great grandchildren, Christopher Irwin Jr., Adam Irwin, Timothy Hoffman, Izabellah Light, Aleyah Light, Zachary Light and Corey Irwin; great great granddaughter, Gracie Irwin; numerous nieces & nephews; and many dear friends. He is predeceased by daughters, Kathy Hoffman and Susan Robinson; sons, Roger Jr., Steven & Timothy; 4 brothers; and his parents.
Private Graveside Service at the Monroe Center Cemetery. Cremation rites accorded. Christenson Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Memorials to the family.

I knew Roger through work as a supplier to National Detroit. Enjoyed many good times with him , fishing Lake Michigan especially. My condolences.

Roger was my paternal uncle. I have memories of how kind he was to others, including my father/ his brother Donald. I always enjoyed seeing him. My condolences.
