Fond memories of Roger from the 1970s when I worked behind the bar in the Bickley Arms and later when he and Pippa moved to Cromwell Avenue. My condolences to his loved ones including sister Jill. I´m so glad I a saw him again a few years back (yes in the BA) still the same happy Roger. Sorry to have missed his send off. Bless him.

Roger was a special chap. Although we had a professional relationship at the start, it wasn´t long before we became friends and I was always very fond of him. He´ll leave a big gap in people´s lives as is often that case with a `larger than life´ character like Roger. It was a pleasure knowing you, Roger. Marco. X

Our Dearest Roger, a long time friend going back nearly 50 years to the early days of The city golf club, and of course the very start of Romantiq2.
Roger was always there for us, not only helping us financially, but also with his property expertise and of course never forgetting his love of food and drink.
He supported us in our early days at Romantiq2 and was never missing with his work colleagues for their Christmas celebrations.
We will miss being with him in more recent times, especially with his beloved Andrea, enjoying precious moments in his favourite local eatery.
We will miss you Roger, your love, your kindness and support over the years.
Rest in peace.

Roger, my landlord and dear friend. Roger was more than just someone who provided me a home; he became an important figure in my life. His kindness, support, and wisdom touched everyone around him. I will always cherish the moments. He will be deeply missed, but his spirit will forever remain in my family's hearts.
