Roger (Seal) Dean Melikian,68, of Searcy, Arkansas, Transcended on March 17, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Roger was born on July 13, 1957. He served in the United States Navy SEALS for many years. He always had the heart of a Patriot and loved his country, God and His Family.
In addition to his Military achievements and family life, Roger was passionate about the outdoors, helping others, his chickens and TRUMP! Roger was blessed with the very best neighbors that became more like family to him. No matter what life handed him he always lived his life to the fullest and never let anything hold him back.
He married the love of his life, Angie, on April 12, 2007. They enjoyed a loving marriage for almost 18 years and were blessed with the kind of love you only see in a Hallmark movie, which he loved.
Roger is survived by his loving wife, Angie: Children, Casey, Cameron, Clayton (Amber), Jennifer (Jesse), Jason (Elaine), Dana (Ethan), Mikel, MaKenzie; Grandchildren: Destiny, Maleki, Myles, Emberlyn. Maelin, Bracie, Kamila, Daelin, Rebekah (Sheldon), Morgan, Brian, Bee, Henry, Charlie Dean, Skylar, Josie and the soon to be newest addition Colsen Dean. He was preceded in death by his Father, Harry Thomas Melikian, MIL, Mary JO, and Grandson, Cason Hughs.
The family would like to thank his team at the VA Home Health Program and Arkansas Hospice Company.
The family is planning a private memorial service to be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a Veteran Center of your choice.
