Roger K. Moody

Roger K. Moody, 70, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2025 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Karen L. (Spink) Dowd. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Don C. and Violet (Webster) Moody. Roger was the loving step father of Michael A. Dowd, Sr. and Melissa A. Stephenson and her husband, Bruce. Loving Poppy of Joseph, Ambra, Hailie, Cassidy, Sonny and Michael Jr. He was the brother of the late Linda Anderson. Roger was an installer for Overheard Door, Metro Door and was then employed for Inskip and Electric Boat before retiring. Roger loved boating, fishing and spending time with his family and friends enjoying a beer.
His visitation will be held Tuesday, July 22, 2025 from 10-11:30am followed by a service at 11:30am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. He will be laid to rest in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown.
