Roger H. Strange

Roger H. Strange, age 74, of Talbott, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2025, at his home. He was a marine veteran of the Vietnam War and a retired truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dexter and Sally Strange; brothers, George Strange, Jr., Ernie "Peanut" Strange, and Donnie Earl Strange. He is survived by his loving wife, of 47 years, Rosanne Strange; sister, Eula Mae Young; daughters, Karen (Byron) Mullins, Kelly (Don) Harvey, Kimberly (Terry) Lawson; beloved dog, Bella Rose; grandchildren, Kenzie Mullins, Luke Mullins, Austin Harvey, Madison Harvey, Brandon (Kelly) Lawson, and Ashley (Ben) Quarles; great-grandchildren, Judson Helton, Clayous Harvey, Beau Lawson, Hayden Quarles and Emery Quarles; special friends, Chuck (Ann) Adkins, Sue Collins, and Renee Wallace; special niece, Susan (Joe) Patterson; great-nieces, Jodyn and Jayla Patterson; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice, especially nurse Ashley Hammer. Funeral service 7:00 pm Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Fielden Chapel with Rev. Michael Taylor officiating. Interment 2:00 pm Friday in Jefferson Memorial Garden with military honors. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 - 7:00 pm prior to the service at Fielden Funeral Home in New Market. Fielden Funeral Home is honored to serve the Strange Family.
